Welcome to Zonne, LLC (“Zonne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (https://.zonnehub.com) and our suite of digital applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, you may not access or use our platforms or services.

2. The Zonne Ecosystem and Additional Terms

Zonne operates a diverse digital ecosystem designed to connect users across various social, media, and business platforms. This ecosystem includes, but is not limited to:

• Zonne Magazine

Important: Because our ecosystem encompasses a wide variety of services—ranging from social networking and dating to crowdfunding and advertising—certain applications within the Zonne network may have their own additional terms, conditions, and community guidelines. When you register for or use those specific applications, you will be subject to both these general Terms and Conditions and any app-specific agreements. In the event of a conflict, the app-specific terms will take precedence for your use of that particular service.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To fully interact with the Zonne ecosystem, you may be required to register for an account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platforms only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Zonne ecosystem. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or private user data.

• Using our platforms for unauthorized commercial communications or spam.

5. User-Generated Content

Our applications allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”).

• You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that Content.

• By posting Content on or through our platforms, you grant Zonne a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such Content in connection with operating and providing the Zonne services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Zonne website and applications, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the platforms, as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned or controlled by Zonne, LLC, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our platforms immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the specific terms of any individual Zonne application.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platforms are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Zonne makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, materials, or products included. You expressly agree that your use of our platforms is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zonne, LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
